These Terms of Service apply to the CowboySoul website and purchases from Yiwu Tisi Garment Co., Ltd. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create an account or place an order. The store is intended for individual consumer purchases, not wholesale or resale.

Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Colors and surface details may appear slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, material variation, plating, or production methods. The product page identifies the features and selectable options offered for a particular product.

We may correct errors and update product information. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Specialty Products

Some belt buckle styles include a detachable mini folding knife or a refillable lighter insert. Where applicable, these features are identified on the relevant product page. Product availability and shipping may vary based on destination, carrier requirements, and applicable law. Lighter inserts are supplied without fuel.

Customers must use products responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. This does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places on us as the seller.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order-received message confirms receipt but does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation or another clear acceptance notice.

Orders may be declined or canceled before acceptance because of unavailable inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, an undeliverable address, shipping limitations, product availability, or a clear pricing or technical error. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled order to the original payment method.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars unless the website states otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment services are provided under the applicable payment provider's own terms and privacy notice.

Import duties covered by DDP are different from U.S. state or local sales or use tax. Any sales tax charged will be shown separately at checkout.

Acceptable Website Use

You may not misuse the website, access another person's account, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, abuse promotions, scrape protected content unlawfully, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

The CowboySoul name, website design, text, product images, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping but may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-Party Services

The store relies on service providers for functions such as payment, hosting, email, shipping, customs, and tracking. Their independent services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Disclaimer and Liability

We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Product descriptions and commitments shown at purchase remain subject to applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, CowboySoul is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. For a claim relating to a product purchase, any liability that may lawfully be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Last Updated date. Changes apply prospectively and will not unlawfully reduce rights connected with an order already accepted.
