Currency

The CowboySoul U.S. storefront displays and charges prices in U.S. dollars.

What DDP Shipping Includes

Eligible orders to the contiguous United States currently receive free standard DDP shipping. The shipping arrangement includes the ordinary charges covered by our logistics service for:

- U.S. import duties applicable to the shipment; - customs-clearance service; - standard cross-border transportation; and - ordinary last-mile delivery to the approved address.

Normally, the recipient will not need to pay a separate import-duty or customs-clearance fee at delivery.

U.S. Sales Tax

Import duties and customs-clearance charges are separate from U.S. state and local sales or use tax. Any applicable sales tax collected by CowboySoul will be calculated and shown separately at checkout and in the order record.

Delivery Availability

DDP shipping is available only for eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not support P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories. Certain remote ZIP Codes may also be unavailable based on carrier coverage.

We will not add a remote-area fee after payment. If an order cannot be fulfilled through an available shipping route, we may cancel the affected order or item before dispatch and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Unexpected Import or Clearance Charges

If a carrier or customs agent asks you to pay an import-duty or customs-clearance charge that appears to be included in our DDP shipping, contact [email protected] before paying when reasonably possible.

Include your public order number, the charge notice, the requester's identity, and any receipt or supporting document. If we confirm that a valid charge was included in our DDP commitment, we will coordinate payment or reimburse a reasonable amount already paid with valid evidence. This does not apply to U.S. state or local sales or use tax.

Refunds

DDP import duties and customs-clearance charges are not separately charged to the customer, so they do not appear as a separate refund line. Any sales tax actually collected for an approved refund will be handled through the payment and tax records for that transaction.
