We specialize in belt buckles, complete western belts with the buckle combinations shown, and bolo ties. All styles and options currently available for direct purchase are listed on this website.
Where are your products made and shipped from?
Our company, factory and fulfillment operations are based in mainland China. Orders to the contiguous United States are shipped directly from our factory fulfillment operation in China.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, and certain remote ZIP Codes may be unavailable based on carrier coverage.
Are customs duties included?
Yes. Eligible orders to the contiguous United States receive DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, so ordinary import duties and customs-clearance charges covered by our shipping arrangement are included. Any applicable U.S. sales tax collected by CowboySoul is calculated and shown separately at checkout.
How long will delivery take, and can I track it?
The available delivery estimate is shown during checkout or in your order information. After your parcel is dispatched, tracking details will be added to your order. Transit time can vary because the order ships from our factory in China.
What materials are your products made from?
Our belt buckles are made from zinc alloy. Belt materials are identified on each SKU as either PU surface with a recycled-leather backing or split leather. Bolo tie cord materials may be PU, leather or polyester. Always check the selected SKU for its exact material.
How do I choose the right belt size?
Use the size chart and measuring instructions shown in the product description. Compare the chart with a belt that already fits you, and select the exact size listed for the SKU before adding it to your cart.
Will I receive the exact design shown in my selection?
Yes. Every finished SKU is stocked separately, and its images are mapped to that exact pattern, material and size combination. Minor color differences can still occur because of lighting and screen settings.
Can I change the buckle, cord color or other parts of a set?
Only the combinations displayed as available SKUs can be purchased on this store. Belt-and-buckle sets and bolo tie colors are supplied in the fixed combinations shown in their SKU images. We do not currently offer engraving, personalization or made-to-order combinations.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact customer service promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping label and packaging. Keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
